The last coat of paint is going on, the driveway sealed and the grass repaired for the opening of North Face Construction's new sustainable showhome at Ngarara Road, Waikanae.
The home features:
Digital self heating using solar energy
High insulation levels to walls and ceilings
uPVC double glazed doors and windows
Second level concrete floor and insulated foundations
Designed to use 10% of the energy of a conventional home
The showhome will be open in early July 2011.
